Welcome to Listing Jet Fuel! By purchasing our Marketing Campaign services, participating in our Strategy Guide training course or Affiliate Program, or by using our website or resources, you agree to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, do not proceed with your purchase or affiliate participation.
1.1 These TOS apply to all users of our Marketing Campaign product and Affiliate Program, or website users.
1.2 By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these TOS, as well as any additional terms presented to you.
Our Marketing Campaign services include:
Customized Marketing Strategies: Tailored plans to enhance your real estate listings' visibility. Ad Placements: Strategic placement of ads across various platforms to maximize reach. Performance Tracking: Monitoring and reporting on campaign effectiveness.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Installment Payments: If applicable, installment payments through Afterpay or other providers are subject to their terms and conditions.
Non-Refundable: All purchases are non-refundable. Exceptions: May be made at our sole discretion for cases of system error or service delivery issues.
Access Period: Purchase grants access to the associated training materials for 90 days. Renewal: Access renews for an additional 90 days with each new campaign purchase.
This Affiliate Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between Global Property Syndicate LLC (referred to as "Listing Jet Fuel," "we," "us," or "our") and the individual or entity agreeing to the terms herein (referred to as "Affiliate," "you," or "your"). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing your participation as a Listing Jet Fuel Affiliate.
3.1 Certification and Fees
3.1.1 Certification: To become a certified Listing Jet Fuel Affiliate and maintain certification, you must be at least 18 years of age and have purchased at least one Listing Jet Fuel marketing campaign in the preceding 12 months, or alternatively pay an annual Affiliate Membership fee of $995. Certification is valid for a period of 12 months.
3.1.2 Revenue Share: As a certified Listing Jet Fuel Affiliate, you will be eligible to receive a
revenue share of $100 of the marketing campaign revenue generated from clients referred to Listing Jet Fuel through your dedicated Listing Jet Fuel Affiliate link. The revenue share for each month will be paid to you on or about the 15th of the following month.
3.1.3 Revenue Share for Discounted Campaigns: From time to time, Listing Jet Fuel may advertise sales or discounts to its ad campaigns. At Listing Jet Fuel’s sole discretion, Revenue Share may be reduced by any amount, up to and including the full $100, for campaigns purchased at less than the full price.
3.2 Use of Intellectual Property
3.2.1 Ownership: You acknowledge and agree that Listing Jet Fuel and Global Property Syndicate LLC retains all ownership rights to its intellectual property, including but not limited to the Listing Jet Fuel and Global Property Syndicate logos and approved designs. You do not acquire any ownership or other rights in such intellectual property, and any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
3.2.2 Approved Designs: You may only use designs approved in advance by a member of our team. Unauthorized modification, replication, or distribution of these designs is strictly prohibited.
3.3 Affiliation
3.3.1 Affiliate Program: This Agreement establishes an affiliate relationship between you and Global Property Syndicate LLC. It is not intended to create a joint venture, franchise, partnership, or employment relationship between the parties.
3.3.2 Client Ownership: Clients referred to Listing Jet Fuel by you remain clients of Listing Jet Fuel. Any legal matters or disputes arising from the client relationship will be handled directly between Listing Jet Fuel and the referred client.
3.4 Obligations and Responsibilities
3.4.1 Good Faith: You agree to promote Listing Jet Fuel in good faith and in a manner consistent
with our brand and values.
3.4.2 Non-Slander: You shall not engage in any activities that may harm or slander the reputation of Listing Jet Fuel, its products, or its services.
3.5 Term and Termination
3.5.1 Term: This Agreement shall commence upon your acceptance of its terms and shall continue until terminated by either party.
3.5.2 Prohibited Practices: Misuse, such as spamming or misleading promotions, may, at Listing Jet Fuel's sole discretion, result in suspension or termination.
3.5.3 Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice to the other party. Upon termination, you will no longer be eligible for any revenue share.
3.6. Confidentiality
3.6.1 Confidential Information: During the course of your participation as a certified Listing Jet Fuel Affiliate, you may have access to confidential information about Listing Jet Fuel. You agree to keep such information confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.
3.7 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
3.7.1 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
3.7.2 Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal court jurisdictions for Loudoun County, Virginia. By accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
4.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4.2 Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
5.1 We make no guarantees regarding the specific results of our Marketing Campaigns, Training Materials or Affiliate Program.
5.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Listing Jet Fuel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or posted on this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

You may opt out of receiving these forms of communication by unsubscribing from any email communication or texting STOP as a reply to one of our text communications. There is no fee charged by us or its advertisers to receive text messages, however, your mobile service provider may charge you for sending and/or receiving text messages and air-time, as well as any other standard applicable rates charged by your mobile service provider.
